These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("Player," "User," or "you") and lvjili ("the Company," "we," "us," or "our"), governing your access to and use of the lvjili platform, website, mobile application, and all associated gaming services available at lvjili.app.

By accessing the lvjili website, downloading the lvjili mobile application, registering an account, making a deposit, or placing any wager, you acknowledge that you have read these Terms in full, that you understand them, and that you agree to be legally bound by them. If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, you must immediately cease using the lvjili platform.

lvjili reserves the right to update or modify these Terms at any time. Continued use of the platform following the publication of revised Terms constitutes your acceptance of those changes. We recommend reviewing this page periodically.

To register and use the lvjili platform, you must satisfy all of the following eligibility requirements at the time of registration and at all times during your use of the platform:

• You must be at least 21 years of age, in accordance with Philippine regulations governing casino-style online gaming.
• You must be a natural person with full legal capacity to enter into binding contracts under the laws of the Republic of the Philippines.
• You must not be a resident of, or accessing the platform from, any jurisdiction where online gambling is prohibited by applicable law.
• You must not be a current employee, contractor, director, officer, or immediate family member of an employee of lvjili or any of its affiliated entities.
• You must not have been previously excluded, suspended, or banned from the lvjili platform or any affiliated gaming service.
• You must be acting on your own behalf and not as an agent, representative, or nominee of any third party.

By registering, you represent and warrant that all eligibility requirements are met and that the information you provide is accurate, complete, and current. Providing false information constitutes a material breach of these Terms.

Each individual is permitted to hold one (1) registered account on the lvjili platform. The creation of multiple accounts by the same individual — whether using different names, email addresses, payment methods, or devices — is strictly prohibited and constitutes a material breach of these Terms.

When registering, you agree to provide accurate, truthful, and complete information including your full legal name, date of birth, valid email address, and contact number. You are responsible for keeping your account information current and up to date.

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your username and password. You must not share your login credentials with any other person. lvjili will never contact you to request your password. Any activity conducted through your account while logged in will be deemed to have been authorized by you.

• Notify lvjili support immediately if you suspect unauthorized access to your account.
• Do not use another person's account or allow another person to use yours.
• Do not create an account on behalf of a third party.
• Accounts are non-transferable and may not be sold, gifted, or assigned.

lvjili reserves the right to verify your identity at any stage, including during registration, before processing withdrawals, or following unusual account activity. Verification may require submission of a government-issued ID, proof of address, or proof of payment method ownership.

lvjili accepts deposits and processes withdrawals through the following Philippine payment channels: GCash, PayMaya, BPI Online, BDO InstaPay, and Metrobank. All transactions are denominated in Philippine Peso (PHP / ₱).

Deposits: The minimum deposit amount is ₱100. Deposits made via GCash and PayMaya are typically credited to your lvjili account instantly. Bank transfers via InstaPay may take up to 30 minutes depending on your bank's processing times. lvjili does not charge fees on deposits, though your payment provider may apply their own charges.

Withdrawals: Withdrawal requests are processed to the same payment method used for the most recent deposit, subject to verification. The minimum withdrawal amount is ₱200. Withdrawals are processed during standard operating hours and are typically completed within minutes to a few hours. Processing times may vary during peak periods or where additional verification is required.

• Withdrawals will only be processed to accounts registered in your own name. Third-party withdrawals are strictly prohibited.
• lvjili reserves the right to request additional documentation before processing any withdrawal.
• Funds deposited must be wagered at least once before a withdrawal request can be submitted, unless otherwise stated.
• lvjili is not responsible for delays caused by third-party payment processors or banking institutions.

lvjili may offer bonuses, free credits, cashback, reload promotions, and other incentives to registered players from time to time. All bonuses are subject to the specific terms published alongside each promotion, which form an integral part of these Terms.

Unless otherwise stated in the specific promotion terms, the following general bonus conditions apply:

• Wagering Requirements: Bonus funds must be wagered a specified number of times before they or any winnings derived from them may be withdrawn. The applicable wagering multiplier is stated on each promotion page.
• Eligible Games: Not all games contribute equally to wagering requirements. Contribution percentages are published on the relevant promotion page.
• Expiry: Bonuses that are not claimed or wagered within the stated validity period will expire and be removed from your account automatically.
• One Bonus at a Time: Only one bonus may be active in your account at any given time, unless explicitly stated otherwise.
• Abuse: lvjili reserves the right to void bonuses and associated winnings where bonus abuse, collusion, or exploitation of promotional terms is suspected.

lvjili reserves the right to modify, suspend, or withdraw any promotion at any time without prior notice. Players who have already opted into a promotion will be subject to the terms in effect at the time of opt-in.

All games available on the lvjili platform — including slots, live dealer games, fishing arcade titles, and sports betting markets — operate using certified Random Number Generator (RNG) technology or live dealer systems, as applicable. Game outcomes are independently random and are not influenced by previous results, player history, or any external factor.

Published Return to Player (RTP) percentages represent theoretical long-term averages and do not guarantee individual session outcomes. Players acknowledge that gambling involves inherent financial risk and that losses are a possible and expected outcome of play.

• In the event of a technical malfunction during a game round, the affected round may be voided and stakes returned to the player's account.
• lvjili's records of game outcomes shall be the definitive record in the event of any dispute.
• Players must not use any software, tool, or method designed to gain an unfair advantage over the platform or other players.
• Collusion between players in live dealer or multiplayer games is strictly prohibited.

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the lvjili platform. Engaging in any prohibited conduct may result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of balances, and referral to relevant authorities where applicable:

• Registering more than one account or using another person's account.
• Providing false, misleading, or fraudulent information during registration or verification.
• Using the platform for any money laundering, fraud, or other illegal financial activity.
• Exploiting software bugs, errors, or vulnerabilities to gain an unfair advantage.
• Using automated bots, scripts, or artificial intelligence tools to interact with the platform.
• Engaging in any form of collusion, match-fixing, or coordinated betting activity.
• Attempting to reverse-engineer, decompile, or tamper with any part of the lvjili platform.
• Harassing, threatening, or abusing lvjili staff or other players through any communication channel.
• Accessing the platform from a jurisdiction where online gambling is prohibited.

• Deposit Limits: Set daily, weekly, or monthly deposit caps on your account.

lvjili strictly enforces the 21+ age requirement. Any account found to belong to a person under 21 years of age will be closed immediately and all funds will be returned to the payment source, minus any bonuses received.

All content on the lvjili platform — including but not limited to the website design, logo, graphics, game interfaces, software, text, audio, and video — is the exclusive property of lvjili or its licensed content providers and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the lvjili platform solely for personal, non-commercial gaming purposes. This licence does not permit you to:

• Copy, reproduce, distribute, or publicly display any content from the platform without prior written consent.
• Use the lvjili name, logo, or branding in any manner not expressly authorized.
• Create derivative works based on any platform content.
• Scrape, crawl, or systematically extract data from the platform.

Any unauthorized use of lvjili's intellectual property may result in account termination and legal action.

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, lvjili, its directors, officers, employees, agents, and affiliates shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from or related to your use of the platform, including but not limited to:

• Loss of funds resulting from gambling activity.
• Interruption, suspension, or termination of platform services.
• Technical errors, system failures, or connectivity issues beyond our reasonable control.
• Unauthorized access to your account resulting from your failure to maintain credential security.
• Actions taken by third-party payment processors.

lvjili's total aggregate liability to any player in connection with these Terms shall not exceed the total amount deposited by that player in the 30 days preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

lvjili collects, processes, and stores personal data in accordance with our Privacy Policy, which forms an integral part of these Terms. By registering an account, you consent to the collection and processing of your personal data as described in the Privacy Policy.

These Terms and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with them shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.

In the event of a dispute between you and lvjili, we encourage you to contact our support team in the first instance to seek an amicable resolution. If a dispute cannot be resolved informally, it shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of the Philippines.

lvjili's decision on all gaming disputes — including disputes regarding game outcomes, bonus eligibility, and account status — shall be final and binding, subject to any rights you may have under applicable Philippine consumer protection law.
